Nwafor to step into bigger role as his development continues
The Franklin Bulls are thrilled to announce the return of forward Kenechukwu "KC" Nwafor for the 2026 Sal's NBL season. The 6'8" (202cm) Nigerian-born talent, has been a key part of the Bulls' roster since 2023. Nwafor arrived in New Zealand at the age of 16 in 2019 to pursue his basketball dreams. Hunter Savill and Harry Kelso will re-unite with thier former Bulls Assistant Coach Joe Reddish in Mannheim and Veirnheim Germany as part of a BBNZ U18 Select team to compete in the 31st Albert Schweitzer Tournament.
