The Franklin Bulls wish to acknowledge and thank American guard Tae Hardy for his dedication and contribution to the team during the 2025 Sal’s NBL season.

Tae has made a significant impact both on and off the court, embodying the Bulls' values of toughness, professionalism, and community spirit. His leadership and performances have been instrumental to the team's journey this year, and he quickly became a fan favourite for his effort and energy.

It is with great sadness that we confirm Tae has suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon, an injury that will unfortunately rule him out for the remainder of the season.

General Manager, Jamie Reddish, says "Tae has been a crucial part of our team this season, making a significant impact both on and off the court. We are deeply saddened by his injury, which is likely season-ending, but we are fully committed to supporting Tae with everything he needs for the best possible recovery. As a teammate, Tae is truly exceptional, and his absence on the court will be profoundly felt."

"Tae is an incredibly tough person." Says Head Coach, Sebastian Gleim. "He is our MVP for 2025. That he has this setback in his career is nothing less than unfair for him. I am 100% sure that he will comeback stronger. We wish him all the best for his rehab and we will leave everything out there for him."

We thank Tae for the passion, resilience, and commitment he’s shown while wearing the Bulls jersey and look forward to seeing him bounce back stronger in the future.
