Bulls sign Philippines Up and Comer, Joseph Nunag


The former Rangitoto College Alum and FEU Tamaraw is ready to Lead The Charge with the EnviroNZ Bulls in SalsNBL 2021.


Joseph Nunag has signed to be part of the Bulls Squad and adds strength and speed to the guard spot.


Nunag returned to his birth country, the Philippines in 2015 to study and play for the FEU Tamaraws a college team based in Morayta Manila, Philippines.


Nunag was brought into the Taranaki Mountainairs last season, along with fellow FEU teammate, Kenneth Tuffin.


"Joe is a guy who works hard, he wants to be on the floor and he's helping us raise the bar. We are excited to have Joe on the team and we know he'll keep pushing and working to get better." Says Head Coach Jamie Reddish


"Joe can play. He understand the game from our perspective and fits in with what we are trying to build. He plays hard, is strong and reads the game extremely well. He's already proving an incredible asset to the team this season." Adds Head Coach Jamie Reddish
